About Lulúdimu

Lulúdimu in Greek «λουλούδι μου», translates to my flower. That’s how my grandmother Friederike called me, when I was a little child. 

She used to tell me daily, “lulúdimu take care of yourself!”, but I never really did, until I no longer had a choice! Read my story to find out, what brought me here today! 

Lulúdimu is a community based organisation aiming to improve social health, well-being, and overall functioning, with yoga, consciousness, music and art. It is especially designed for resilient seedlings like yourself, so you can spread your roots and blossom through movement and emotion! 

I aim to inspire you with my personal experience and to support you through your own journey – Life is meant to be fun. It took me many years of suffering to understand, that phrase “where your attention goes, your energy flows!” 

Feeling lost, unworthy or incapable are themes of the past,
together we can cultivate positivity to feel better! 

I invite you to hold the hand of your authentic self and to join our community to   learn how to redesign yourself and create genuine connections with like-minded, beautiful souls like yourself!
